  • DSCR of 1.0 or higher (rent ≥ monthly mortgage)

  • Some options we have allow under 1.0 DSCR ratio!

  • Property must be 1–8 unit residential investment

  • Must not be the borrower's primary residence

  • Generally, no employment or income documentation required

  • LLC or personal vesting accepted
